視頻監控攝像機云臺的原理
攝像機云臺是(shi)承載攝像機停止程(cheng)度和垂(chui)直(zhi)兩(liang)個(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)轉動(dong)(dong)的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)。攝像機云臺內裝(zhuang)兩(liang)個(ge)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機。這兩(liang)個(ge)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機一(yi)個(ge)擔任程(cheng)度方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)轉動(dong)(dong),另一(yi)個(ge)擔任垂(chui)直(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)轉動(dong)(dong)。程(cheng)度轉動(dong)(dong)的(de)角(jiao)度普通為350?,垂(chui)直(zhi)轉動(dong)(dong)則有45?、35?、75?等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。程(cheng)度及垂(chui)直(zhi)轉動(dong)(dong)的(de)角(jiao)度大小可(ke)經過限位開關停止調整。 攝像機云臺的(de)分類大致如下:
1 室內用攝像(xiang)機云臺及(ji)室外(wai)用云臺
室內用云(yun)(yun)臺承(cheng)重(zhong)小,沒有(you)防雨(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang)。室外用云(yun)(yun)臺承(cheng)嚴重(zhong),有(you)防雨(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang)。有(you)些高(gao)檔的室外云(yun)(yun)臺除有(you)防雨(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang)外,還有(you)防凍加(jia)溫(wen)安(an)裝(zhuang)。
2 承重
為順應(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)機及(ji)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao),攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)機云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)承重應(ying)是不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。應(ying)依(yi)據選用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)網絡攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)機及(ji)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)總重量來選用(yong)適宜承重的(de)(de)(de)(de)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)。室(shi)(shi)(shi)內云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)承重量較(jiao)(jiao)小,云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積和自(zi)重也較(jiao)(jiao)小。室(shi)(shi)(shi)外用(yong)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)由于肯定要在它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)上面裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置帶有防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao)(常常還是全天候(hou)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao))的(de)(de)(de)(de)網絡攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)機,所以承重量都較(jiao)(jiao)大。它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積和自(zi)重也較(jiao)(jiao)大。目前出廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)承重量大約1. 5kg~7kg左(zuo)右(you),室(shi)(shi)(shi)外用(yong)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)承重量大約為7kg~50kg左(zuo)右(you)。還有些云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)是微型(xing)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai),比方與攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)機一同(tong)(tong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置在半(ban)球型(xing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao)內或全天候(hou)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)罩(zhao)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)。
3 控制方式
普通的(de)(de)(de)攝(she)像(xiang)機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺均屬于(yu)有(you)(you)線(xian)控制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺。控制(zhi)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)入端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)有(you)(you)五個(ge),其(qi)(qi)中一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),另外(wai)四個(ge)分為(wei)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)、左(zuo)、右控制(zhi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)。假如將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)接(jie)在(zai)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)上(shang)(shang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)接(jie)在(zai)“上(shang)(shang)”時,則云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺帶(dai)動(dong)攝(she)像(xiang)機(ji)(ji)頭(tou)向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)轉,其(qi)(qi)他(ta)類推;還有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)攝(she)像(xiang)機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺內裝繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)等控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,這樣的(de)(de)(de)云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺常常有(you)(you)六個(ge)控制(zhi)輸(shu)入端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)。一(yi)(yi)個(ge)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),另四個(ge)是(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)、左(zuo)、右端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),還有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)則是(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)轉動(dong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)接(jie)在(zai)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)接(jie)在(zai)“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺將帶(dai)攝(she)像(xiang)機(ji)(ji)頭(tou)按一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)轉動(dong)速度停止(zhi)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)、左(zuo)、右的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)轉動(dong)。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓方(fang)面,目前(qian)常見的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)交流24V和220V兩種。云(yun)(yun)(yun)臺的(de)(de)(de)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)率,普通是(shi)(shi)承(cheng)重量小的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)耗(hao)(hao)小,承(cheng)重量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)耗(hao)(hao)大(da)。
目前(qian),還有(you)(you)直流6V供(gong)電的(de)(de)室(shi)內(nei)用(yong)(yong)小型云臺(tai),可在其(qi)內(nei)部裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)電池(chi),并(bing)用(yong)(yong)紅外(wai)遙控(kong)(kong)器(qi)停止遙控(kong)(kong)。目前(qian)大多數(shu)云臺(tai)仍采用(yong)(yong)有(you)(you)線搖控(kong)(kong)方式。云臺(tai)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)位置(zhi)距控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)較(jiao)近(jin),且(qie)數(shu)量(liang)不多時(shi),普通從控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)臺(tai)直接輸(shu)出(chu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)停止控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。而當云臺(tai)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)位置(zhi)間隔控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)較(jiao)遠(yuan)且(qie)數(shu)量(liang)較(jiao)多時(shi),常常采用(yong)(yong)總線方式傳送編(bian)碼的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)并(bing)經過終端(duan)解(jie)(jie)碼器(qi)解(jie)(jie)出(chu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)再去控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)云臺(tai)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動。
在(zai)選用攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)時,最好選用在(zai)攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)固定不動(dong)(dong)的(de)位置上裝置有控制(zhi)輸(shu)入端(duan)及(ji)網絡視頻輸(shu)入輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)接口(kou)的(de)攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai),并且在(zai)固定部(bu)位與轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)位之間(jian)(即與攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)之間(jian))有用軟(ruan)螺旋(xuan)線構成(cheng)的(de)攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)及(ji)鏡頭的(de)控制(zhi)輸(shu)入線和視頻輸(shu)出(chu)線的(de)連(lian)線。這樣的(de)攝(she)(she)像機(ji)(ji)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)裝置運(yun)用后不會因(yin)長(chang)期運(yun)用招致轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)局部(bu)的(de)連(lian)線損壞。特別是(shi)室(shi)外用的(de)云(yun)(yun)臺(tai)更應如此。
